So, LL got themselves a new CEO. I’m already bloody irked because they ain’t told us what his “Linden” account will be. DX<\/p>\n

Who the flip am I gonna send my holiday card to!?!?!?! DX<\/p>\n

Anyone wanna take bets? Rod Linden? Humble Linden? R Linden? Oh, wait… We’re in display name territory now. Uhm… ceo.resident? QUICK!!! Someone register RodHumble.resident while you can!!! XD<\/p>\n

Either way, there he is. The dood has a nice big background in the game industry… Looks like he done some solo projects on the side too. (^_^)<\/p>\n

So far, his introduction is filled with the typical ‘corporatisms’ that generally come with an exec. staff change. So, meh. (=_=)<\/p>\n

Still… Dunno what to expect. Coming from such a gaming background, will he lead projects with the goal of sterilizing and homogenizing the grid? Will he target the technical or social aspects of SL? One thing’s for sure, we ain’t gonna know anything until mid January. (=_=)<\/p>\n

So… It’s wait-and-see time. I do hope he delivers what the residents like to see. (^_^)<\/p>\n
